Recipe: Bolognaise sauce
Serves 8
Ingredients
1 big onion diced
1 tbls tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
500gms beef mince
1 lt beef stock or 2 beef stock cubes
1 tsp chopped oregano
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vegetable oil
Water if need
Method
Cook onion in oil until soft
Add mince and cook until light in brown colour
Fill large pot with stock (or 1 litre of water if using stock cubes) than add the rest of the ingredients
Bring to the boil, and then simmer on a very low heat for 2 hours until it becomes a rich thick sauce
