• Selection of mixed oysters - tempura, natural and limoncello
• Crispy salt & pepper calamari salad with spiced palm sugar dressing
• Chevapchichi - Balkan style beef and pork skinless sausages
• Traditional Caesar salad with grilled chicken
• Roasted Mediterranean vegetable bruchetta with crumbled feta and balsamic syrup

Main
• Pollo Alla Diavolo - Tuscan style flame grilled chicken served on soft herb
polenta and baby spinach
• Char grilled yearling eye fillet on spring onion mash with roasted field mushroom,
baby carrots and shiraz jus
• Pan seared salt water barramundi served on woked Asian greens with tropical citrus salsa
• Mixed mushroom risotto with parmesan and fresh herbs
• Seafood linguini with prawns, calamari, fish and crab tossed in a white wine,
chili, garlic & herb sauce
