On Arrival
Garlic pizza bread with cheddar cheese & grated parmesan
Entrée
• ½ doz. Kilpatrick oysters
• Beef & pork skinless sausages - Balkan style, with white onion (Chevapchichi)
• Grilled Hokkaido scallops on a fine garlic potato puree with truffle oil
• Crispy salt & pepper calamari with an apple, mint & cucumber salad and spiced palm sugar dressing
• Traditional Caesar salad
Mains
• Grilled salmon served with a salad of red capsicum, cucumber, olives and chardonnay essence
• Eye fillet steak (220g) Arabica dusted with creamy potato mash and red wine jus
• Roasted turkey breast with an apricot and sage stuffing, root vegetables and cranberry sauce
• Braised lamb shanks in its own jus with roasted root vegetables
• Risotto with king prawn, shrimp, saffron, baby peas, torn basil and lemon infused oil
