• Selection of mixed oysters - tempura, natural and limoncello
• Crispy salt & pepper calamari salad with spiced palm sugar dressing
• Chevapchichi - Balkan style beef and pork skinless sausages
• Old fashioned Crystal Bay prawn cocktail
• Roasted Mediterranean vegetable stack with grilled haloumi cheese

• Pan fried turkey medallion wrapped in mushroom, brie and prosciutto on
crushed parsnip & silverbeet
• Char grilled yearling eye fillet atop truffle mash with roasted tomato,
battered onion rings and shiraz jus
• Seared Atlantic salmon served on red onion and caper salad with citrus hollandaise
• Mixed mushroom risotto with parmesan and fresh herbs
• Seafood linguini with prawns, calamari, fish and crab tossed in a white wine,
chili, garlic & herb sauce
